Longspan Shelving

Dexion's Ultima Longspan is a strong and durable shelving system with a smooth and sleek finish. Shelving bays consist of two vertical standing endframes with beams to connect and hold shelves.

Ultima Longspan is a highly adjustable and customisable system for a wide variety of different applications.

 

 

The most common uses for Ultima Longspan are:

• Multi tiered light duty shelving
• Multi tiered medium duty shelving
• Storage of odd shaped items
• Mobile Shelving
• Specialised Shelving (Tyre Storage, Angled Display etc.)

 

Longspan End Frame heights are highly customisable up to 2.5 metres but stock heights of Longspan End Frames are:

• 2 metres,
• 2.2 metres
• 2.5 metres

and stock widths being:

• 400mm
• 455mm
• 600mm
• 765mm
• 900mm

(E/F width also determines shelf depth):

Stock beam lengths are:

• 900mm
• 1200mm
• 1800mm
• 2100mm
• 2400mm

Steel, Mesh and MDF Shelves are available to suit your Dexion Ultima Longspan Shelving.

 

Assembly Instructions

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Stand Frames with two beams as low as

possible to stabalise the unit.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Assemble unit with all beams at intended shelf heights.

Insert Safety Locks or Safety Screws in the Endframes.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Fix unit to floor or walls if needed (Not Neccessary under normal circumstances).

Place Shelves into unit and your ready to start using your new Dexion Ultima Longspan Shelving.
